DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop, manage and monitor systems and planning activities of the human resources division.
Conduct planning and design effective recruitment & selection systems.
Supporting the company's business through employee development and productivity, creating a positive work environment and creating new policies as needed.
Design company SOPs and all procedures related to human resources.
Analyze work productivity & effectiveness through employee performance evaluation.
Develop, establish and evaluate employee training programs for each employee as in " training program"
Conduct coaching & counseling for employees to achieve the work performance.
Arrange, evaluate and develop employee competency system to achieve employee competency level target.
Evaluate employee promotions, demotions, and rotations according to company needs.
Ensure the management of company assets, maintenance of facilities & infrastructure to support the company's operational activities.
Ensure the management of company operational vehicles.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in Psychology / HR Management
5 Years experienced as HRD & GA Manager in a manufacturing
Have knowledge of the labor law, HR tools, labor regulations, GA Asset Management
Able to make SOP, KPI, budgeting
Experience in Human Resources Software
Have negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel for business
