DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide timely and effective IT support to users, addressing a wide range of technical issues Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user devices Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a professional and customer-focused manner Perform software installations, upgrades, and configurations as needed Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts Ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with common IT support tools and software Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
