DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. · Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and applications. · Troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. · Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. · Perform routine maintenance such as system updates, patches, antivirus checks, and data backups. · Assist users in resolving technical issues via onsite or remote support. · Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions. · Support network connectivity including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN. · Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations. · Coordinate with vendors or third-party providers for IT-related services and repairs. · Ensure IT security standards are implemented and maintained. · Provide basic training or guidance to users on IT systems and applications.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Support or similar technical support role is preferred. Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN. Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment (PC, laptop, printer, scanner). Ability to perform system maintenance, updates, and data backups. Knowledge of IT security practices (antivirus, firewall, data protection) is a plus. Experience using remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments. Applicant must be willing to work in Graha Adhi Cakra.
