DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Support or similar technical support role is preferred. Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN. Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment (PC, laptop, printer, scanner). Ability to perform system maintenance, updates, and data backups. Knowledge of IT security practices (antivirus, firewall, data protection) is a plus. Experience using remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments. Applicant must be willing to work in Graha Adhi Cakra.
