DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide daily IT helpdesk support for a primary school. Handle escalation processes to IT, line managers, and vendors. Perform routine operations including server monitoring. Conduct desktop, notebook, tablet, and Wi-Fi maintenance and troubleshooting. Manage overtime service, which is compensated hour by hour.
REQUIREMENT

Possess relevant working experience in IT helpdesk and support. Demonstrate good communication skills. Exhibit strong team cooperation. Hold a related academic discipline and experience.
