DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Prepare detailed sales proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our products and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Account Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset Adaptable and willing to learn, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
