REQUIREMENT
1) Minimum 3 year Customer Service experience in any field or 1 year in BPO/Contact Centre environment. 2) Experienced in live interactions i e. chats, phone and/or email channels 3) Excellent English written and verbal communication skills equivalent to C1 or C2 level. 4) Candidates must also be flexible working in US and or European shifts. 5) High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent. 6) Must successfully pass a background check Critical Skills : 1) Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English with ability to navigate through multiple PC programs. 2) Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. 3) Experience in supporting and troubleshooting tier 1 technical queries 4) Have a growth, curious mindset, and ability to adapt to changing policies and guidelines. 5) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6) Proficient in troubleshooting orders, shipping, connectivity, and operational issues. 7) Experience in supporting US and or European customers is an advantage. 8) Demonstrate ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism
