DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications. Debug, troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues to ensure smooth operations. Support integration between software systems, databases, and operational systems. Understand client needs and document them as part of the requirement study. Tailor system settings to meet client requirements, ensuring a perfect fit. Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support Analyze software logs, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software bugs or performance issues Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Report development progress, issues, and improvement suggestions to project leaders.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Data base, SQL, etc. Good attention to detail and eagerness to learn from senior staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and positive working attitude.
