Conduct prospecting, presentations, and offer company services to potential customers. Prepare and submit competitive quotations and proposals in line with company policies. Conduct price negotiations, terms and conditions, and contract agreements with customers. Ensure all customer contracts and agreements are properly documented and comply with company procedures. Analyze potential business opportunities and propose new service developments. Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, customer visits, and business pipelines. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Provide effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with operations, warehouse, transport, and procurement teams to ensure service quality.
