DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Support team in achieving individual and team sales and gross margin targets.
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and provide consultation on products and services.
Work closely with the Design & Estimation team to ensure design and estimated values are in line with client expectations.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Identify leads and opportunities and arrange meetings with clients along with relevant team members.
Gather client-specific knowledge and market requirements and recommend specific solutions of both products and services to the Sales Manager / Team Leader.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations to management.
Meet regularly with Account / Client representatives to maintain and improve relationships.
Liaise with operations prior to quotation to accurately capture installation, service, and other relevant costs.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a relevant degree, from an accredited institution.
Minimum 7 years previous experience in various roles of sales activities.
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
