DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Validate invoices from vendors and record inventory purchase transactions, forwarder, fixed asset, and other expenses. Create a report for the position of payable, advances, and prepaid expenses for the company based on type, currency, and vendor. Record fixed asset and asset lease, depreciation, and amortization expenses both for addition and deduction. Doing a review of posted inventory transactions and balances from the accounting system. Record goods in transit, work in process, and related accounts for each period. Count and record deferred income and monitor every period.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/ Management. This position requires at least 2 (two) years of experience as an Accounts Payable staff role. Posses familiarity with accounting and financial reporting. Mature, detail-oriented, meticulous, and enjoy monotonous tasks. Prepared to manage pressure, tight schedules, and extended hours with a positive attitude. Computer proficiency: Windows applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Willing to learn and adapt to the Company’s reporting systems. Ready to work under pressure and limited time. Proficient in written and spoken English. Highly self-motivated, with strong analytical and multitasking abilities. Location: Jakarta
