1. Import Procurement
Source and evaluate international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable partnerships
Conduct price negotiations and commercial discussions
Issue and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in alignment with company requirements
2. Import Documentation Management
Prepare, review, and manage essential import documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), and Import Declaration (PIB)
Ensure full compliance with import regulations and company policies
3. Logistics & Customs Coordination
Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance processes
Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate delivery to warehouse facilities
Proactively resolve any shipping or customs-related issues
4. Reporting & Cost Control
Prepare purchasing reports and maintain organized import documentation records
Monitor and analyze import costs to ensure budget efficiency and transparency
REQUIREMENT
Min. 2 years of experience in purchasing import
Min. D3/S1 in Management, Logistics, or related field
Proficient in Mandarin and English (active communication for overseas supplier correspondence)
Strong understanding of import procedures, customs regulations, Incoterms, and export-import documentation
Proficient in Ms. Office
Detail-oriented, honest, strong negotiation skills, and good communication abilities
