DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance Handle financial reporting and consolidation for multiple business units or legal entities within the group Review general ledger, journal entries, and accounting treatments to maintain data integrity Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure proper reconciliation Ensure compliance with PSAK, ETAP, and applicable accounting standards Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Analyze financial performance and identify efficiency improvement opportunities Provide clear financial reports and explanations to management to support decision-making Lead and guide the accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, with exposure at supervisory or managerial level Strong technical knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian accounting standards Experience handling multiple business units/entities within a group structure Prior experience in retail industry is highly preferred Experience in accounting consulting firms or handling multiple client entities is an advantage Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills Good leadership and people management skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple entities simultaneously
