DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities. Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits. Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and improvement plans. Communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners, suppliers, or management for coordination and reporting.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Familiar with safety standards and warehouse best practices.
