DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide end-user IT helpdesk support during shift hours, including remote assistance when required.
Monitor network and server health; support production/tester networks; escalate emergencies (basic TCP/IP knowledge required).
Troubleshoot production label printing issues.
Conduct IT audits and training; ensure compliance with factory IT policies.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle IT asset procurement, installation, configuration, license renewals, and account management.
Maintain internal knowledge base; assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Troubleshoot system/application faults and resolve hardware/software problems.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of IT helpdesk experience with basic SQL skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Basic knowledge of networking and Wintel system administration.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, WMS) is a plus.
