DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances Chase overdue payments via email and telephone in a professional manner Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts Assist with sales ledger and purchase ledger tasks Monitor and manage the Credit Insurance process Support month-end finance processes as required Assist the Financial Controller with ad hoc administrative tasks
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of relevant experience with basic understanding of finance or accounting (qualification or studying towards one is an advantage) Strong numerical and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Confident written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively Previous experience in a credit control role is essential Experience with Xero is desirable
