DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for the market expansion and sales of the Huawei Energy Storage Solution Understand customer business needs so as to deliver comprehensive energy solutions Address challenges posed by the highly uncertain business models in the energy storage market, such as complex scenarios like frequency regulation service bidding and pricing. Solve core customer pain points, including CAPEX reduction, lifecycle solution flexibility, and operational efficiency optimization. Collaborate closely with R&D teams to integrate AI technologies into battery management systems, enhancing solution reliability and safety.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent industrial experience 3+ years of experience in Technology/Energy-related Sales or Business Development sector; With APAC region B2B sales experience is a plus With knowledge of trending energy solutions, including Energy Storage System(e.g., SmartLi Battery), Smart PV solutions, grid-forming energy storage, etc. Track record in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing cutting-edge Technology/Energy-related solution deals Customer service oriented, can work effectively under pressure; With commitment, a good sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts and theories; Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and hardworking; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
