DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage HR functions which include payroll, recruitment, employee relation matters and provide other HR related support. Responsible on monthly statutory submissions contributions (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF). Maintain and update employee personal files, time attendance and leave records. Prepare HR related letters such as employment, confirmation, disciplinary letters. Coordinate on staff training & learning development and to perform HRD grant applications and claims. Provide administrative support for general office functions. Perform any ad-hoc HR & Admin tasks as and when required.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles. Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law and HR practices. Experience in office administrative documentation and maintenance will be added advantage Mature, multi-tasking and possess a good working attitude.
