DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Analyze market trends and target segments to identify and develop new business opportunities. 2. Build, manage, and maintain an accurate customer prospect database. 3. Prepare, present, and submit product proposals and quotations to customers. 4. Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships with existing clients and expand new business potential. 5. Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including handling customer inquiries and complaints. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product delivery and customer satisfaction. 7. Achieve sales targets in line with company objectives through a results-oriented approach. 8. Demonstrate a results-driven mindset with strong capabilities in achieving performance goals.
REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Pharmacy). 2. 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing roles within the medical device industry, preferably in endoscopy or laparoscopy. 3. Strong knowledge of products and marketing fundamentals, including market segmentation. 4. Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons and gastroenterologists.. 5. Familiar with procurement processes in public and private hospitals (e-catalogue and tender). 6. Able to conduct product presentations and provide procedural support. 7. Willing to be mobile and travel for out-of-town assignments. 8. Target-driven, pro-active, and able to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
