DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, focusing on key competencies. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the progress of recruitment efforts, including candidate pipeline and feedback. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and effective communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role. Assist with other HR related projects as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the UAE /Dubai. Strong understanding of the UAE labor market and recruitment practices Proven experience sourcing and hiring for corporate or mid‑senior roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, allowing for efficient management of multiple recruitment projects. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires. Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, showcasing resourcefulness and creativity. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a foundation for HR excellence.
