DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities and build a strong client base.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up on sales leads and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product solutions.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to assess industry trends, brand position, and gain approval for marketing plans and campaign strategies.
Establish communication and collaboration with various agencies and event organizers to attend events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions, and seek collaboration opportunities to increase product brand awareness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Control (QC) & Product Development, PPIC, and Finance) to ensure customer specifications are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed.
Track and report on the performance of sales achievements periodically, and present the reports to management.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or another relevant field.
A minimum 1 year experience as a Sales and/or Marketing Executive, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Proficient in digital marketing platforms (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing).
Willing to travel out of town regularly.
