DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, implementing improvements as necessary Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation by providing valuable insights and recommendations
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Penjualan industry Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
