DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and manage the receiving process for all incoming goods. Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory administration and documentation. Oversee loading and unloading activities to ensure smooth and safe operations. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all warehouse reports. Lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of warehouse operators. Organize and monitor the proper placement and grouping of goods in the warehouse. Provide daily reports on physical stock conditions. Report the condition of warehouse facilities and transportation equipment. Ensure warehouse activities follow company SOPs and safety standards.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles. Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse workflow. Familiar with stock administration, receiving processes, and material handling. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to operate basic warehouse tools/equipment (forklift experience is a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS). Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
