Requirements At least 3 Year(s) of experience as a Recruitment Specialist. Strong understanding of mass hiring and professional recruitment processes. Experience using job portals, Jobstreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage. Ability to manage confidential employee information and handle personnel matters with the highest discretion. Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight timelines and targets. Positive, proactive attitude, with a passion for cultivating an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
