DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Promote and sell heavy equipment and attachments to contractors, dealers, and end users Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers Coordinate with logistics, service, and finance teams for smooth order execution Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
REQUIREMENT

Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, construction machinery, and attachments B2B sales and key account management experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to understand customer job-site requirements and recommend suitable equipment Quotation preparation, pricing, and contract handling Market analysis and competitor tracking Customer relationship management and after-sales coordination Target-driven with strong closing ability Ability to work independently and under pressure Willingness to travel and conduct site visits Problem-solving and decision-making skills
