DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide off-site IT support to end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Be available to handle incoming calls and respond promptly to user requests.
Deliver first-level troubleshooting and resolve technical issues effectively.
Offer accessible, timely, and quality service to ensure smooth user operations.
Respond professionally to queries via voicemail, email, or fax.
Perform accurate problem assessment, incident tracking, and first & second-level resolution.
Support IT-related issues involving desktop, LAN, WAN, centralized infrastructure, and voice services.
Assist with user account administration—including activation, changes, and terminations.
Receive, log, and manage all IT service request calls from users.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Nitec in any discipline.
At least 3 months of IT technical support or call centre experience.
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
Knowledge of: Windows OS. Active Directory account administration, Microsoft Outlook, Mobile device support
