Answer and direct phone calls, welcome visitors, and manage general correspondence (emails and letters).
Organize and maintain the office filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure accessibility and confidentiality.
Manage the department or office calendar, schedule internal meetings, and book meeting rooms.
Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, memos, and reports using office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
Input data into databases or office management systems accurately and in a timely manner.
Copy, scan, and distribute documents as needed.
Assist with reimbursement processes and basic expense report submissions.
Arrange simple business travel bookings (flights and hotels) for department staff.
Experienced with OSS System
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Diploma accepted with relevant experience.
1–3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
