DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage recruitment from sourcing until onboarding and performance review. Manage industrial and employee relations. Handle employee relations and support. Handle performance management and people development. Build a positive workplace culture and service culture. Conducting and engaging employee events that strengthen connections and engagement across departments.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. Well understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations. People oriented person with good communication skill, and have positive vibes. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Proven experience in employee relations, people development and recruitment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
