DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conducting the end-to-end recruitment process, starting from searching for employee candidates, sorting, and selecting applications to obtain candidates that meet user requirements. Scheduling candidates to participate in the selection process via email, telephone, or other media. Coordinating with users for the selection process in the next stage until the acceptance of prospective employees. Carrying out the new employee acceptance process. Carrying out the resignation employee process.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Psychology Major or any major (Freshgraduated are welcome) able to work with less supervision Undestand Microsoft office Understand recruitment flow Experienced in HR and talent acquisition for 1-2 years will be advantage Join ASAP
