REQUIREMENT
Minimum S1 Degree from reputable university. Minimum 13+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Have experience in Property / Retail industry will be advantage. Able to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong experience in talent acquisition & workforce planning. Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance. Proficient in performance management methodologies, including KPIs to enhance employee performance. Able to enforce discipline and compliance to maintain workforce efficiency. Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits structures and other strategic to attract and retain top talent. Experienced in designing and delivering training programs that enhance soft skills and hard skill. Able to lead and oversee General Affairs functions, ensuring office operations, company assets, and facility management run smoothly. Able to manage teams, handle on-the-ground HR issues quickly, and support leaders with real-time HR solutions. Office location : North / Central Jakarta
