Strategic Partnership
Collaborate with management to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies.
Provide advice and recommendations on workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategy.
Support business leaders in managing organizational changes and people-related initiatives.
Employee Relations
Serve as the main contact point for employee relations issues.
Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment that supports employee well-being.
Performance & Development
Facilitate performance appraisal processes and ensure consistency in evaluation standards.
Work with leaders to create learning and development plans aligned with competency gaps.
Promote a performance-driven culture within the organization.
HR Operations Support
Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR processes (attendance, payroll input, benefits administration).
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement scores) and provide actionable insights to management.
Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) for recruitment, compensation, and training programs.
Change Management & Communication
Support change initiatives through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
Provide HR data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
Act as a cultural ambassador promoting company values and engagement.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP role.
Skills:
Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
