DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design, develop, and execute detailed Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts. Perform various types of testing, including Functional, Regression, System, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Identify, document, and track software defects (bugs) using a Defect Tracking System. Develop and execute Automation Scripts using relevant testing tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high quality. Analyze requirements and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Ensure that testing activities meet project deadlines and quality standards within an Agile/Scrum environment. Monitor debugging process results and perform thorough Regression Testing once issues are resolved. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA). Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive Test Cases and Test Plans. Proven experience with both Manual and Automated Testing. Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright). Familiarity with SQL for database testing/validation. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Proficiency with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps). Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience with Performance and/or Security Testing. Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI. Familiarity with Git version control. Relevant QA certification (e.g., ISTQB).
