DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Set-up and run machine with minimal supervision.
Ensure proper maintenance of tooling at all times.
Using measuring instruments, including vernier caliper, micro meter, thread gauges.
Select fixtures (jaws, chuck) pats holding and tooling to machine parts when necessary.
Visually inspection for each part of quality.
Operate basic hand tools and powered hand tools. I.e. drills, disc grinders, etc.
Perform tight schedule to meet production dateline.
Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness of machine after work.
Maintains time, productions and machine maintenance records.
REQUIREMENT
Min. NITEC / ITE qualifications.
1-2 years of Manual Lathe machine operating experience in manufacturing industries.
Hands-on and able to read engineering drawings.
Ability to work well under pressure, positive attitude and a team player.
Perform other related duties as required.
Must be punctual and work overtime on weekend & holidays when needed.
