DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support research and analysis to guide business and investment decisions. Conduct basic data analysis, identify trends, and contribute to the development of analytical models. Prepare reports and create visualizations (charts, dashboards, and presentations) to communicate findings to the team and senior analysts effectively. Collaborate with senior analysts and other professionals to support research projects and business objectives. Assist in company and industry research, combining financial and non-financial factors to evaluate opportunities. Contribute to investment memos, presentations, and internal reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Stay informed about industry trends, market updates, and competitor activities to deliver timely and relevant insights.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, provided the candidate demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. 1–2 years of experience in equity research or financial/market analysis Proficient in English with strong academic credentials and communication skills. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills to translate complex data into clear recommendations. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) is an advantage. Highly motivated and self-driven, eager to enhance skills in industry research, market/competitor analysis, and producing data-driven insights. Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities, resulting in broader skills and greater team value. Keen interest in understanding market dynamics and staying updated with industry trends. Full-time commitment with flexibility to work beyond standard hours when required, particularly to align with offshore markets.
