DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Act as the main liaison between customers (importers) and the warehouse operations team.
Handle import documentation administration, including verification and completeness of documents.
Ensure customer requests related to storage, distribution, and cargo release are fulfilled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Provide customers with information regarding cargo status (tracking, inventory, release).
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly with appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with warehouse operations, customs clearance, trucking, and related external parties.
Prepare regular reports on customer activities (cargo flow, service performance, outstanding issues).
Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Support audit processes and compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.
Identify potential business development opportunities or additional services for customers.
Implement the applicable SOPs and Work Instructions in accordance with the Integrated QHSE Management System, including identifying and following up on potential hazards in the workplace.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/import warehouse operations.
Good understanding of customs clearance process and import documentation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a team.
