DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supporting the operations to achieve the goals related the KPI metrics Help the agents to work based on SOP metrics Provide individual coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth and career development Gather feedback from quality team to understand the knowledge gaps and incorporate findings into training programs Ensure smooth transition of nesting phase and production floor Ensure the CSAT, DSAT, and Client Satisfaction are achieve the target
REQUIREMENT

Indonesian citizen with minimum bachelor degree in any related field with GPA min 2.75 preferred Experienced as Supporting Staff in contact centre industry Able to articulate findings, recommendations and feedback effectively, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding among teams Able to develop an innovative training methods while ensuring logical content flow Ready to work on shifting Fluent in English both speaking and writing min B2 Level of CEFR Willing to be placed in Semarang
