DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

● Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and automation for operational efficiency. ● Collaborate with service operation and engineering teams to build monitoring and alerting systems. ● Support incident response by developing diagnostics or recovery scripts. ● Create dashboards and reporting tools for operational metrics. ● Continuously improve automation to reduce manual tasks and improve service reliability. ● Ensure documentation and version control of all development work.
REQUIREMENT

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ● At least 2 years of experience in operations development or backend scripting. ● Proficient in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or JavaScript). ● Experience in system monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible). ● Familiar with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and API integration. ● Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Team player with good communication and documentation skills.
