DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monthly closing of accounts and closing schedules and regulatory reporting submissions. Compiling, preparing and reviewing financial information, journal entries including accruals, and reconciliations. Analyze financial information to identify trends, variances, and discrepancies. Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports. Assisting with audit and preparation of financial statements and schedules. Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables and payroll processing. Complying with federal, state, and local legal regulations and requirements. Maintaining records and filing systems. Performing other duties as required.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience—fintech, payments, or banking preferred. Solid grasp of Indonesian GAAP and basic tax rules; OJK reporting exposure is a plus. Advanced Excel skills; ERP or HRIS experience is an advantage. Having experience with Oracle (preferred). Excellent written and spoken Bahasa and English. High integrity and discretion when handling confidential data. Meticulous, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
