DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collect and analyze HR and talent-related data (e.g. turnover, performance, engagement). Create dashboards and HR reports (e.g. turnover, performance, engagement) Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Work closely with HR Business Partners and management to support people strategies. Monitor and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Help identify trends, risks, or opportunities within the workforce. Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any major with min GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 Experience in HR data analysis for talent management Good with numbers and detail-oriented. Proficient in Excel (Power BI or other dashboard tools is a plus). Strong communication skills – able to explain data findings clearly.
