DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Comprehend clinic procedures, products, services and price scheme. - Comprehend call-in & text-in scripts and Frequent Ask Questions module and etiquette. - Provide accurate & immediate response to all enquiries that reach to Vlife IG DM, Messager, Email, Call, Text, WA to Vlife Customer Care channel. - Ability to reach & persuade enquiries from promotional event database to reconsider Vlife treatment or Vlife promotional event. - Submit accurate weekly & monthly report on time. - Attend weekly meeting (once a week onsite), marketing & technical meeting online, on which time and day will be informed. - Support Marketing department in Exhibition & campaign promotion when necessary, with prior notice.
REQUIREMENT

- Min High School Graduate - Minimum 1 years experience working as a customer service and administration. - Have experience as a Sales is a plus - Fast learner, dicipline and meticulous. - Required language: English - Willing to undergo intensive training and selection phase for about 1 months After declaration of passing the training selection, the selected employee will proceed to employment - salary range 3 - 6 millsl depends on expertise and performance - Placement in Jakarta.
