DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Provide support, mentoring, and motivation to ensure the team reaches peak sales performance.
Create regular reports for the Sales team.
Analyze opportunities for expanding sales coverage areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
Set individual targets for each team under the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
Achieve company-defined sales targets and ensure consistent sales growth in alignment with the national growth plan.
Perform random check coverage area visits (field checks).
Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSMs, SPLs, MROs, and Promoters.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate minimum graduated from diploma
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Have strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area
Have good Communication skill and Marketing skil with media social
Familiar with MS Office and Excel
