DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including promotions, demotions, terminations, transfers, and attendance, in coordination with the PGA team of each Business Unit.
Coordinating with the Recruitment Center and Assessment Center to identify needs, schedule interviews, and facilitate the selection processes.
Preparing and monitoring Man Power Planning periodically.
Collaborating with the Learning & Development team to coordinate and implement employee development programs.
Administering the KPI management cycle by assisting employees and users during performance appraisal periods.
Handling minor employee relation cases and escalating complex cases to the Industrial Relations team as necessary.
Compiling and analyzing monthly and annual reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rate, attendance, and headcount.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
Minimum GPA of 3.00
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (compensation & benefit, etc.); fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
Willing to be placed in Ancol, North Jakarta
