Analyzed, develop, and implement organization development through Business Transformation.
Develop and implement HR strategies, system, policies, procedures, also designing HR roadmap and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to acquisite best talent fit for organization.
Manage & develop employee competency, analyzing & competency assesment overall in the organization.
Manage Performance Management with Key Performance Indicator to review employee achievement in certain period.
Assess training needs to arrange and execute training programs align with the needs of skill and development in the organization.
Ensuring all legal aspects comply with government regulation not limited to SOP, memorandum, PKB and maintain the industrial relation throughout Union and Government.
Responsible as Administrator and Person In Charge for all Related HR System e.g Sunfish HR, Employee Cash Advanced, Cash Management, DJP Online, SIPP, Edabu etc.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum S-1 Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or related majors from reputable university, Master Degree is preferred.
Age 30 - 45 years old.
Having minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
Leadership and communication skills is a must.
Have experience at Organization Development, Training Development, Recruitment Selection, Compensation Benefit, Industrial and Employee Relation.
Good command in written and oral English.
