1. Area Retail Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Support Area Retail Manager (ARM) in implementing HO guidelines on retail expansion, operations, and manpower
Assist coordination with MDS & FFM teams to ensure KPI achievement
Execute expansion strategies and support new store openings
Ensure store operational readiness (LDU, POSM, display, etc.)
Ensure full utilization and data accuracy in Retail Management System (RMS)
2. Area Sales Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Area Sales Manager (ASM) in dealer allocation, sell-through, coverage, and stock availability
Support collaboration with DSM team and escalate field issues to ASM
Monitor manpower KPI and productivity in assigned area
Support performance tracking (Sell Through, Coverage, Activation) and prepare regular reporting to ASM & RSH
Assist in sales forecast, gap analysis, and program execution
Support team coaching and development process
REQUIREMENT
Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major
Fresh graduates are welcome
Interest in Sales & Retail industry
Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented
Good communication in English
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
For Fresh Graduates or Candidates with 2–3 Years of Experience
