DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee and manage the full HR life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations Provide legal counsel and advice on HR-related matters, including contract reviews, dispute resolution, and employee termination Collaborate with the management team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities Manage and develop the HR team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company by aligning HR initiatives with the organisation's goals and objectives
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management or HR legal role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations, as well as the ability to interpret and apply them effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals
