DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Own all Science account sales responsibilities for specified MSD EM products, including issue resolution. Define, align, and implement Account Strategy. Develop and implement a Science account growth strategy that aligns with division goals. Ensure booking numbers and revenue recognition align with targets. Manage the ‘roadmap to PO’ using structured selling approaches such as Miller-Heiman while strictly following compliance regulations. Collaborate with Business Unit owners, Application teams, and Service teams to manage strategy and tactics for defined products. Confirm all system configurations, specifications, and acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders. Manage distributor and agent relationships. Apply PPI methodologies to identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems. Ensure and follow up on CAS. Develop alignment projects by utilizing capabilities at Science Market. Foster a culture aligned with our company’s 4i values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the Science Markets. Strong ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical and operational issues. Flawless communication and collaboration skills. Determined and highly organized with a focus on achieving ambitious goals.
