DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identifying and reaching out to potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the company's offerings Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with new and existing clients Providing post-sales support and maintaining strong relationships with customers Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the sales industry Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, and Electrical engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers Problem-solving and negotiation skills to close sales deals Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Medan, North Sumatra Having driver license of type A.
