DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle daily sales operation and administration tasks Work closely with internal teams to fulfill sales orders and customer requests Handle customers' enquiries, follow up orders and complaints Build and maintain good relationship with customers Prepare sales reports and sales related documents Input and maintain data accuracy
REQUIREMENT

Diploma holder or above At least 2-years related working experience Work experience in sales administration, account servicing, merchandising roles is an advantage Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Japanese proficiency N2/Level 2 of JLPT is an advantage Proficiency in MS office and computer skills Fast-learner, independent, well-organized with good communication skills Immediately available is preferred
