Strategic & Operational Leadership
Lead operational planning and execution of network infrastructure projects.
Define and enforce IT network standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage team performance, mentoring, and resource allocation for the Network Infrastructure team.
Network Management & Deployment
Oversee deployment, monitoring, and support of network systems and technologies.
Conduct infrastructure risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Analyze existing network operations and recommend enhancements for scalability and performance.
Project & Financial Management
Manage and track progress of IT network projects within the PMO portfolio.
Develop cost/benefit analysis and justifications for network-related investments.
Review and monitor network budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
People Management
Supervise, coach, and develop network engineers to achieve departmental goals.
Handle recruitment, performance evaluation, scheduling, and team development activities.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure documentation and reporting of all network operations and systems.
Conduct regular network ISCD health checks and asset management activities.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering.
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within network infrastructure.
