DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations related to supply chain and warehouse management.
Support project operations, including planning, monitoring, and promoting warehouse-related initiatives.
Manage and compile documentation and data related to warehousing activities, inventory control, and project operations.
Assist in addressing and resolving operational issues, process deviations, and warehouse-related abnormalities.
Coordinate and manage relationships with vehicle vendors to support warehouse transportation needs.
Monitor vendor performance to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations.
Provide support in operational reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely deliveries.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred. Fast learner with high adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant business software. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
