DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop business plans and strategies with a focus on increasing sales growth.
Set, monitor, and ensure the achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews with distributors.
Coordinate with distributors and other related parties to ensure the success of marketing program implementation.
Plan, implement, and evaluate local marketing/promotion programs/new product introductions.
Create strategic & tactical plans to increase Distributor sales.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion potential in the region.
Build and maintain good relationships with key customers and business partners.
Monitor, direct & evaluate team work results according to KPI.
Manage sales order management, including complaints & AR Collection.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Have experience handling Big Distributor in sanitary or Building Materials industry.
Target-oriented person.
Willing to travel around Indonesia (Preferable candidate who domicile in those areas)
